Before writing, we research the category, review competitor copy, and study the language your audience uses. The customer language file we build is the most important research output.

Draft

First draft with structural annotations explaining the reasoning behind each section. You can give feedback knowing what each element is designed to do.

Refine

We address your feedback in consolidated revision rounds. One focused pass per round. Clear feedback in, clean revision out. The number of included rounds depends on your plan.

Finalize

Approved files delivered in your preferred format with a handoff note explaining any implementation details. Files archived for six months for minor follow-up requests.
