Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By placing an order with atlascopywriting, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them before purchasing any service.

2. Services

atlascopywriting provides professional copywriting services delivered as digital files. No physical goods are produced or shipped at any time.

3. Payment

Full payment is required before work begins. All payments are processed via Stripe Checkout. The confirmed price at checkout is the final price, inclusive of all selected options and add-ons.

4. Project start

Work begins within 1-2 business days of confirmed payment. We send a project brief form within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery timelines are counted from receipt of the completed brief form, not from payment date.

5. Revisions

Each plan includes a set number of revision rounds as stated at purchase. A revision round consists of one consolidated batch of feedback addressed in a single pass. Additional revision rounds are available to purchase as an add-on before project commencement.

6. Intellectual property

Full intellectual property rights in the delivered copy transfer to the client upon receipt of complete payment. atlascopywriting retains the right to reference the project category in a portfolio context unless you request otherwise in writing before project commencement.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. NDAs are available at no extra charge on request.

8. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific project. We are not liable for business decisions made using our copy or for performance outcomes beyond our control.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Illes Balears, Spain.
